Our paella is prepared and served in the taditional paella pan. It is
made with our house-made lobster stock and the traditional monticia rice. sofrito
(carmalized onions, olive oil, garlic and, tomatoes slow cooked to give
a rich flavor) and chorizo are essential elements along with piquillo
peppers and peas. Clams, mussels, prawns, and moruno spiced chicken
are arranged atop the paella as it finishes cooking. Our visually
stunning and classic paella césar will impress
all your guests.
paella vegetariano
Our vegetarian paella is made with the same care as our paella césar
with a focus on vegetarian preferences. At the heart is this paella is
our rich house-made mushroom stock. We top our vegetarian paella
with artichokes, cauliflower, garbanzo beans, mushrooms, asparagus, peas
& piquillo peppers. It would be hard to find a more savory, satisfying
or inspired vegetarian dish to present your guests.
3 day advance notice
($100, per pan, will be charged to your credit card if paella pans are
not returned after 3 days of event)
10 -12 portions - $160.00 per pan
14 -16 portions - $200.00 per pan

for pick up prior to 6:00 pm
