tour de espana 2008
september 9th - 17th 2008
Join chef Maggie Pond and staff on a 9 day culinary tour of barcelona and the Pendes region
of Spain. We will be staying at the 500 year old estate of the esteve family,
their private home, located south east of barcelona. Wine tour along with
tours of local olive oil, cheese makers, plus a spanish chocolate tour and
tasting will be part of your culinary experience. Dinners will be at some
of César favorite spots to eat in Barcelona. Cooking classes will be held at the estate in
Mas joliu, our home for the week.
