Add some Spanish flair to your holiday entertaining with recipes from César

Maggie Pond has been the Executive Chef at César since it's opening in 1998. Over the last 16 year's she has traveled & cooked in Spain extensively. Seeking out the most traditional & interesting dishes from the various regions. In the class she will share some of those dishes with you, as well as the techniques to effortlessly execute these dishes.

Holiday tapas menu

salt cod & potato cazuelas
salt cod blended with cream, garlic oil, potato & chile flake

tortilla verde
spinach, carmelized onions, golden raisins, pinenuts & egg omlet

brussels sprouts a la plancha
with garlic parsley oil
seared brussels sprouts drizzled with a puree of garlic, parlsey, lemon juice & olive oils

pork empanadillas
pork & onions, piquillo peppers, cinnamon & orange in a smoked paprika dough

tigres rabiosos
steamed mussels on the half shell in a spicy tomato sauce

panellets
catalan-style cookies
assorted sweet potato, almond cookies

Monday – Friday, from 3 – 6 pm
After 10 pm Sunday – Thursdays
